1. I selected 4-pay payment method. When are the payments charged?
   Your first payment will be charged when your order is ready to ship. If you are on our 4 payment plan your remaining payments will be charged 30 days after the initial payment with exception to holidays and weekends.The 4 payment option is only available on Type1A ladders.
2. Is interest added to my total if I choose the 4-payment plan?
   No. The total cost for both payment plans is the same. No interest is added at any time.
3. What is the status of my billing? How many payments do I have left?
   You will need to contact our Customer Service Department to receive personal account information.
4. Why does it take longer to receive the ladder with the 4 payment plan?
   Customers who have paid for their order in full will receive priority shipping over our payment plan orders. This is an incentive to pay for your order up front.The payment plan option is only available on Type 1A ladders.
5. Why is my first payment higher than my other payments?
   Your first payment includes the first monthly installment plus any additional accessories purchased (i.e. extra work platform, leg leveler, scaffolding plank, etc.). The following payments are strictly your monthly installments.
