Little Giant offers a 60-Day return policy only on the Type 1A models 17, 22 and 26. If you decide that the Little Giant Ladder System is not for you please contact our Customer Service Department to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number. Your product will need to be returned in new condition and packaged securely in a box. The customer is responsible for all freight charges back to Wing Enterprises. Once the ladder is received and inspected, a full refund of the purchase price will be issued within 10 working days.
